In July 2010 Fujinon became an independent subsidiary of FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A. FUJIFILM Medical is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging products and medical informatics solutions which include digital x-ray systems, Synapse® brand of PACS, RIS, cardiovascular products and women’s health imaging systems. Both Fujinon Inc. and FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A. are subsidiaries of FujiFilm Holdings Corporation, which has more than 240 subsidiaries and has developed a strong global presence through its product offerings around the world.
